My Device No longer Detects the Pro

Here are some steps to try:

  1. Press and hold the round button on the side of the unit for 5 seconds. It will flash and should then connect to your device or;
  2. Remove the batteries for 30 to 60 min or;
  3. Connect the Pro to the CRA software.
