I Am Unable to View Data or Connect to the App

 

  • To view the data or create a report, you must be within Bluetooth range of your device. Otherwise you will not be able to connect to the App.
  • Another issue that may cause this, is that there is another device connected to the App. Disconnect all other devices (phone and/or tablet) from the Corentium Pro App and this will resolve the issue.
