I am based in Japan/China, I have issues installing the CRA software.

We have noticed that some customers who use their OS in languages where ideograms are used are more prone to experience issues when installing the CRA software.

The CRA software was designed and released using Latin characters, and sometimes customers using different characters may not be able to successfully instal their CRA software. This does not depend on their Windows OS or laptop model.

What we suggest you do, is switch to the English language while you install the CRA software, and then switch back to your preferred language when the application has been correctly installed.
