If your Home radon detector is showing an error message or a specific error code, please try the following:
- Put the device in a dry location in room temperature. Keep it there for 24 hours.
- Press the reset button on the back of the device. See if the device now works as intended.
- If step two didn't work, take out the batteries, wait for 30 minutes, reinsert brand new batteries from Duracell or Energizer.
